Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


During peak times (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take an extra 1–2 business days.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


New Zealand Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Rural Delivery: +1–2 business days
  • Express Shipping: If offered, 1–2 business days

Please note delivery estimates may vary based on courier delays, weather conditions, and public holidays.

 

 

3. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.


 

 

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to:


  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missed deliveries
  • Courier redirection fees


If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


 

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your order appears delayed or lost:


  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Contact the courier directly for the fastest support
  3. If still unresolved, contact us and we will assist


We follow the courier’s investigation process when determining whether a parcel is officially lost.


 

 

6. International Shipping (If applicable)

If you ship outside New Zealand:

 


  • Delivery times vary by country
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

(If you don’t ship internationally, replace this with “We currently only ship within New Zealand.”)

 

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.

We will organise a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
